1. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to use this site. You agree not to use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.


2. Products, Orders & Payments

All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you via the email or phone provided.


3. 365-Day Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. All items come with a 365-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. For support or warranty inquiries, please contact us at support@maddieandberry.com.


4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer domestic and international shipping where permitted. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or carriers.


5. Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Personal care products (beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it first. Once approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@maddieandberry.com.

7. Limitation of Liability
