🔹 1. Is Maddie & Berry a legally registered company?
Yes. Maddie & Berry operates in full compliance with applicable business laws and is a registered entity under the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom, serving customers in the United States and other countries through Shopify.
🔹 2. What are your legal obligations regarding returns and refunds?
We adhere to U.S. consumer protection standards. You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these criteria. Refunds will be issued only after inspection and approval.
🔹 3. Do you offer legal guarantees or warranties?
Yes. All Maddie & Berry products come with a 365-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and abnormal wear under regular use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications by the user.
🔹 4. What is your liability for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments?
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, we rely on third-party couriers. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or weather conditions. However, if you selected our Shipping Protection, we will assist you in resolving the issue or sending a replacement at no extra charge.

Our services are provided under international e-commerce standards and comply with relevant U.S. laws and consumer protections. Any legal disputes will be subject to the laws of the state of Delaware, USA, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
